All components received from our customers are washed, stripped and cleaned in preparation for an assessment to be done. Assessments are done in accordance with the OEM specifications from which a detailed quotation is compiled listing all spares and action required to rebuild the axle. Quotes are submitted to the customer within 4-8 working days from receipt of the component.

Components that have suffered severe or abnormal failures are brought to the customer’s attention and detailed failure reports are submitted to assist in prevention of any similar failures.

We offer a service exchange facility on specific components to reduce the loss of production time on site due to a component failure of the equipment. With the support and commitment of our customers we will endeavour to increase the product range available as service exchange, this collaboration can lead to almost seamless supplier delivery optimisation, resulting in enhanced productivity levels.

All components are tested at Vex Repairs against OEM specifications and are certified as such prior to the delivery thereof. Detailed analysis of the testing procedures and protocols are available on request.

All machines are completely stripped and the frames are then sandblasted and certified by non-destructive testing (NDT). Every drivetrain component, pump, valve and electrical part are repaired and tested or replaced. The machine is assembled from the frames up and a complete data pack is supplied with every rebuild delivered.

All major components are issued with a six month or 1000 hour warranty and pumps, valves and electrical are issued with a three month or 500 hour warranty. Vex Repairs workmanship is issued with a three month warranty. Field service support is available to all our rebuild customers
